restrict outgoing mail from HP-UX server

Hello to everybody,

I have a case regarding sending mail from HP-UX server.

What I would like to achieve is to restrict any local user to be able to send mail only to the aliases listed in /etc/mail/aliases.

Any other attempt to send mail to a different recipient, root user should be notified.

Has anyone developed such a request?
