restricting a user to a specific directory

How to restrict a particular user to a specific directory so that he can not move out of that directory in HP-UX 11.11i?

You can use the restricted shell to achieve this.
rsh for restricted version of POSIX or Bourne shell and
rksh for restricted version of ksh
