rlog and CVS

i am trying to get CVS version 1.11.17 to run under webmin version 1.180. There apperas to be a problem with rlog, version what /usr/bin/rlog
/usr/bin/rlog:
$Revision: vw: cheriv_JAGad35417 selectors: CUPI80_BL2000_1025 'cup_
cheriv_jagad35417'
Fri Oct 27 00:47:26 PDT 2000 $.
This is on B.11.11.

Can any one point me to a newer/correct version of rglog.

There are no patches to HP-UX 11i for rlog.

What is the exact error you are getting from "rlog" ?

There are a lot of google hits for "flog cvs 1.11.17"

An error message would allow for better troubleshooting.
