Could you please let me know why is appearing the above error?

Solution
The printer is turned off.
The network interface card is not working.
The network cable got pulled.
The IP is incorrect or missing in DNS or /etc/hosts entry.
The port was disabled.
Take your pick....it could be anything..it's basically saying it can not communicate to the device.

Have you tried to ping the printer first?!
It is responding?, nslookup is resolving its name?
