RMM server issues with HP-UX CD's....

Hi, I am using a Remote Media Management server by MDI, a Groupstone product. When I try to load the HP-UX 11 CD, it will cache the info, but when I click on the link, it cannot be accessed and the drive and whole server basically hangs. All the other CD's we have cached (over 200) have worked fine, but this one causes a problem. Has anyone had this problem before or is this is known issue?
