As far as I know, it's impossible to install HPUX10.20 on rpXXXX servers

10.20 is 32-bit OS, which is not supported on rp5450.

Hi,

No there is no support available for 10.20 on a L2000/RP5450. Just check the patch database for any patches for a rp5450 on 10.20.

However it might be possible to install 10.20 (the first L2000/RP5450 where installed with 11.0 32 bits). If you don't care if it is not supported just install it.
