rp7410 with two A6847A
Hello
i want to install 2 A6747A in my rp7410.
1. NIC: IP: 192.168.1.101 (attached to switch1)
2. NIC: IP: 192.168.1.102 (attached to switch2)
hostname: server1 = 192.168.1.101
I this possible ? Have I the half network-traffic ?

Hi,
It will depend on your applications. If you have only one application with IP 192.168.1.101 configured, then all load will come on interface having that IP. A better approach will be to use Auto port aggregation in Active-Active mode for load balancing.
You can assign two IP's to one logical port after aggregation of two physical ports.

If I understand correctly, are you trying to load-balance LAN traffic across these 2 interfaces? If so, unless your 'users' of the system are using seperate IPs, this won't happen automatically. Best you install HPs auto-port aggregation software - see:
