RPC TIMED OUT

On a rp8400 HP-UX system, when attempting to start Openview Omniback Storage management utility remotely I receives the following error: Cannot register service: RPC_TIMED_OUT. Could anyone help me.

Utility is hung during startup. Is it started when you startup in that machine?

The rpcbind died. I restarted rpcbind, now everything is ok. Thank you.
