I am having trouble with perfview. I have found that I can not start Measureware. I get an error message that the rpcd or decd daemon is not running. However , I can not start the daemon manually. I get this message:
"Initialization (working directory) failed, status=0x00000002.
EXIT CODE=1"
"Sometimes you have to jump more than one fence to get out of the pasture."

Hi,
1. ftp a working copy of /usr/bin/cut from another system.

2. Start the MWA:

/sbin/init.d/mwa start

If you have dce installed then you would do a /sbin/init.d/dce start otherwise a /usr/bin/rpcd can be done

# /sbin/init.d/mwa stop

#ps -ef |grep rpcd
#if not running then
#/sbin/init.d/Rpcd start

#/sbin/init.d/mwa start
