RUN QUEUE DROP
I got a message on my hpux server ,
Run QUE (10.19%), Something is seriously wrong; look for run away jobs
What it mean?.and out put of sar -q is ,
22:42:24 runq-sz %runocc swpq-sz %swpocc
22:42:26 2.0 100 1.0 100
22:42:28 2.0 100 1.0 100
22:42:30 3.0 50
Average 2.2 84 1.0 67
Can anybody tell me that how to check which process is causing this error and pls let me know what is run away jobs and how to find out this jobs in hpux?

But it is not giving any thing rdg Run away jobs and Run queue drops .I would like to know how to find out run away jobs in HP Unix and how to trouble shoot them.

Is there anything else on the system that 'feels wrong' or is it just the warning message that has you concerned.

That's a good.
What about a simple TOP or PS -EF and SORT bu CPU time used?
But before you get all exited, please review the reliability of the messenger.
Where does that message come from exactly?
What tool? How did the tool come to that decision?
And uh... do read up on the prior references.
