Running Forms4.5 in Motif Mode

Hi Everybody,
I have installed developer2000 on hp server with unix 10.20. But when i am executing f45runm, f45genm, etc in motif mode it is giving some env. error. what are the env setting is required for the user to run these command.

Is there any good book for Devloper 2000 on unix env.?
