RX2600 restarting with

Hello gurus
We are having RX2600 server which reboots with crash dump , i tried booting in single user mode but still no luck.
i have attached log & also attaching MP logs for your referance.
please advice

Here is the basic problem, in your console log:

panic: all VFS_MOUNTROOTs failed: NEED DRIVERS ?????

This type of panic can be caused bay all sorts of issues, the first question to ask is was anything changed in the recent past?
My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

hello thanks for your reply
nothing was chnaged as such, only we added external TAPE drive but now we have disconnecetd it & still same problem.
please advice.
