Pls help about this error.

I don't know your configuration, but I assume you are booting from a disk connected to 0/2/1/0/4/0.0.1 and another disk/volume as part of the VG connected to 0/2/1/0/4/0.0.0 (LUN0) has failed or is inaccessable.
Check this and replace/adjust as needed.

Customer did a "ioscan -e" which display the EFI device path when available.

This commands leaves the devices partially open. Accessing a disk in this state will result in the syslog message.

This is a known issue and fixed with Patch: PHKL_33432 superseeded by PHKL_34588

hi torsten,
is it possible to re-build the raid config for no data lost in vg00? this is a raid0 for the vg00 software mirror but the primary disk is no efi file. my problem is no ignite backup..

after replacing system board we encounter this error, so the server never up, is it possible to wait until the command login prompt?

hi,

the server is boot now in maintance mode, and i tried to mount /usr but not found, I'll run fsck the but encounter this error:
UX:vxfs fsck: ERROR: V-3-20003: Cannot open /dev/vg00/lvol2: No such device
same message for the other logical volume..

any idea about this message..

If your VG00 consist of 2 disks, not mirrored and you have no backup, you must consider to re-install, because ~50% of your data may be lost already.
