Sam bus error message when adding account in sam

User got this message on a HP-UX 11.11 system for sam when a user when into add an account on sam:
Unexpected exit: process /usr/sam/lbin/samx -C -p /usr/sam/lib/ug.ui exited with a non-zero exit status :Bus error

User does n't have any sam privilege.

Please let me know what to do about it

Are you doing this as root? Do you have the latest sam/OBAM patches?

I'm sorry, I get in a rush and forget to tell people how to install them.

ftp the patch, binary to your hp 9000 server

log on as root, change to that directory

sh PHCO_27374
swinstall -x autoreboot=true -s $PWD/PHCO_27374.depot \*

Be prepared in case it needs to boot your system.
