sam does not show all diskd of clarion

We have a clarion cx400 storage mashine connect to hp9000 l1000 & l2000 servers via fiber channel.
wen I look at disk devises via ioscan I can se all the luns of the cx400 perfectly.
But wne i look at disk devices fro within SAM i can see only one lun of the cx400.
I instaled the latest sam/obm patch but it did not help.
Please advise how to solve this problem.

These devices are not supported using SAm, so you will have to use the command line or contact EMC for hte entries to allow you to modify /usr/sam/lib/Cpd_devinfo.tx which may help, but is unsupported, and any changes you do make to this file may be overwritten by a newer version when patching or updating.
