SAM problem after installation of 11i

The following message comes every 5 minutes :
init: command is responding too rapidly...check for posssible errors
ID: SAMD" /usr/sam/lbin/samd# system MGNT.Daemon
What is the problem ?

Looks like someone has removed the space between "/usr/sam/lbin/samd" and the "# system mgmt daemon" in /etc/inittab.You need to look at the entry in /etc/inittab and make sure it looks like this samd:23456:respawn:/usr/sam/lbin/samd # system mgmt daemon
Never preceed any demonstration with anything more predictive than "watch this"
