SAM problems


Hi,

im having problems with
SAM, im using hpux 10.2 and enabled trusted mode.

Whenever i try to change system security policy under sam, it says that I must be ROOT in order to access it. well, i am in ROOT already... what could be the problem? are there any inetd services related to sam?
and HPUX keeps on runnin

Have got the latest patch bundle for 10.20 loaded (December 2001) ?

Failing that there are commands called 'getprpw' and 'modprpw' that can be used to change certain things.
If you have an 11i system you can see the on-line man pages. What security policy are you trying to change.
Anyone for a Mutiny ?
