Re: sam
Hello,
a) How long are your volume group names?
b) What is the operating system version?
c) Can you send the results for:
vgdisplay -v
strings /etc/lvmtab
lvlnboot -v
setboot -v
Cheers,
VK2COT

Re: sam
Look at vgdisplay. Is the status exclusive? This happens in a Serviceguard environment. If the status is exclusive, then sam will not display them. You can still use the command line (lvextend, etc.).
