SAMD
I want to know why SAMD daemon use 100% of CPU resoource, and How can I kill it deffinitively whidout any decreasing system performance.

You'll see you can kill it, but it would take a small periode and its back at 100% usage again.
If you do not need it disable it in the /etc/inittab, or see if it's a patch issue.

There have been lot of posts/threads on the issue of SAMD utilising 100% of the CPU.
All these are pointing to the same issue
1. SAM Patch
2. Remove entry for samd from /etc/inittab
Search for SAMD in the search bar and your issue is half way solved

I suggest you to install the latest SAM patch:
- on HP-UX 11.00 it is PHCO_27375 (it has dependencies, you will see them in ITRC patch database);
- on HP-UX 11.11 it is PHCO_28123.

commenting the line containing "samd" in /etc/inittab would solve this problem.
applying recent patch bundle(support plus) also helps
