same tty is twice assigned

On hpux 11.11, we have telnet connections. and sometimes the same tty is assigned for two users.

for exemple:
node21/# who | grep tg
atc pts/tg avr 22 11:49
atc pts/tg avr 18 20:39

pack3102: who | grep tw
cabdir pts/tw avr 22 10:57
atc pts/tw avr 22 13:04

Hi,
It seems that you have to install the last patch for pty and telnet.
