Same with netscape

I downloaded netscape from the HP software site and it does the same thing when trying to install. I can get to the SD Install screen and mark for install but it gets suspended and the errors are cannot access remote file in software item. Is my system screwed up or is it me?

Attach swinstall.log. Also check if swagentd is running.

Try this,
ps -ef|grep swagentd
If not already running,
swagentd -r

swinstall -s /path_name/netscape.depot \*
