SAP, Kerberos and Single Sign-on
Hello,
I am working with a client which has a Single Sign-on working in a SAP infrastructure with HP-UX and Windows. This infrastructure was installed and configured by another company, and this company is going to get out of this account.
This implementation was based in MIT Kerberos libraries, and the client is interested in getting it work with HP-UX PAM Kerberos libraries.
I have been working with HP-UX and Windows SSO infrastructures using HP-UX libraries, and it works, but now I have to configure it to work with SAP, and I am not sure it is going to work.
I know that there was a problem sometime ago (I have read something related to this problem in a document in K-Mine), and one collegue has told me that Martin Rex or someone in his group had probably developed a SNC connector or something similar to make it work without HP libraries.
Is it right?
Is it possible to get this connector or make it work somehow?
Does anyone know if this connector exist?
Thanks and bye,
Alberto

Re: SAP, Kerberos and Single Sign-on
Hi Alberto,
I know a few people in HP who could probably help you. So, could you please post your email address so that I can get in touch with you separately regarding this.
Regards,
Sri Ram

Re: SAP, Kerberos and Single Sign-on
We are interested in that solution as well. We have a similar environment to what you described. We can do single sign on with SAP, Windows, and Kerberos, but not with SAP, HPUX and Kerberos.
