scandetail / scansummary - Upgrading from 11 to 11i

I am interested in using the file scanners - scandetail and scansummary - provided in the HP-UX STK before we upgrade to 11i from HP-UX 11. Has anyone used these tools with success? Where do I get the STK? Any recommendations against these tools? Any/all input would be appreciated!
