scanning to PDF format

I have Adobe 6.0. When I open it, I don't see scanning option. I have OfficeJet 7310 All in one and I WANT TO SCANN MY DOCS TO PDF FORMAT. PLEASE HELP! HOW DO i DO THIS.

I didn't know the OfficeJet 7310 ran under HP-UX.
