SCSI error message

Hi all,

need a hand with following error.

SCSI:   bp: 00000002a2362800
        dev: cb880002
        cdb: 12 00 00 00 80 00
        retry_cnt: 5
        residual: 80
        status: (28) Queue Full

OS: HP-UX

Server:  B.11.23 U 9000/800

could you advice what that message could be from? what is the device, and what troubleshoot tool can be used to determine and solve the issue?

The  patch that is mentioned in the above thread is for HP-UX 11.0.
