Dear Experts,
I have attached the messaged appeared in my HP9000 R380 server with HP-UX 11.00 to-day.
Can some of you highlight the core issue behind the message.

A. Naga,
See if you have two SCSI adapter on same BUS and if so try changing the default SCSI ID 7 of one of the adapter (You do this by going to PDC prompt and executing SCSI commands there).
This error is mostly due to SCSI ID clashing or improper termination of SCSI bus.
