So thanks for your reply .
I think the problme source isn't the disk in my case (bp->b_dev: cb066002) , I don't find anything in /dev/dsk/ directory . I think the key is to find out what is the "cb066002" , but I really don't kone how to figure out this :(

cb(hex) -->203(deci)

and 203 is a major number,you can use lsdev to check 203 refer to which class of device .
i guess it would be disk device.

if it was a disk ,its device name would be c6t6d0.
