Sctp associations goes down when primary lan is disconnected

Hi All,

When primary lan is diconnected, sctp associations are going down in multi-homing environment.

Note that this does not occur when just secondary lan is disconnected.

There are two hosts A and B, each having two IP addresses one being primary and another secondary.

Now from Host A, only primary address sends SCTP HB to both remote host B's primarya ans secodnary IP addresses.

I see no messages going out from A's secondary IP address.

Becuase of when primary lan is disconencted, associoation/data transmission does not resume on secondary lan.

Does anyone know the reason for this issue
