SD tool slow and hanging.

Hi,

I am facing many problems in servicedesk tool. It has been hanging a lot and the tool has to be shut from time to time.

I would appreciate if someone helps in this regard.

The following logs have been captured in logserver.txt file in '
E:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\service desk 4.5\server\log' folder.
