secondary swap

Just created a new logical volume for swap, as we have a service guard implementation does this mean the secondary swap LV will have to be mirrored as well??

Yes, you should make sure everything is mirrored in a ServiceGuard environment.

Also make sure you've created the seondary swap volume on all your other cluster nodes.

Yes! Even if it was not a mc-sg environment, i would mirror the swap volumes. A failed swap could bring down the system.
For mc-sg, make sure you have the same swap configuration on the other nodes of the cluster.
