Secure Path

Is it possible to load Secure Path onto a system and have it in an inactive state to be configured and started at a later date?

Yes, Rename,

/sbin/rc1.d/K800spinit
to
/sbin/rc1.d/k800spinit

and
/sbin/rc2.d/S860spinit
to
/sbin/rc2.d/s860spinit
