I have checked all the links mentioned above and there is no 'offical HP' version of secure shell for 11.00 that can be downloaded. I have to find a copy of the application CD for 11.00.

It does not seems like HP is supporting Secure Shell on HP-UX 11.00
Perhaps because they no longer officially supports HP-UX 11.00

I think that you are better off using a newer SSH (from Peter's link), instead of using an old SSH which used to be supported by HP.

You will no longer find ANY 'official' HP supported products for HP-UX 11.00 because 11.00 is no longer supported (support ended in 2006). So there are no supported products for 11.00 which is why they were removed from the HP websites.
