security_patch_check and security bulletins

I have downloaded and run the security patch check.
The report produced lists some manual actions and refers to security bulletins (e.g. Bulletin 246r5 for /etc/mail/sendmail.cf)
How do I find this bulletin?
I have registered for future bulletins, and got to a list of recent patches, but cannot find a search for specific bulletins, or a list that includes this bulletin.

Running with the -m option gives a reference to the full document ID.
