Does anyone know how to use security_patch_check tool and where can I find it?

Have a look here. It gives some information on how to run it.

you will still need to get the latest catalog from:

ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/expert/patches/security_catalog
Anyone for a Mutiny ?

Also note that using the "-r" on security_patch_check will automatically download the catalog (if you have direct ftp access to hp).
