security script/method

Hello - as SA I have been tasked with forcing a 90-day change policy on all Oracle passwords. The problem is that I need to relay the new password to the applications that access the dbase. Anyone know of a way to automate this - or do you have a process in place that the applications follow to allow easy passord resets? Thanks...

Not for passwords. So you have really been tasked with a development task, not an SA task.
