Please ,
We??ve in our company OS HP-UX with verssion 11.00
.In this verssion there are some form to install one security shell ?? Is there some white paper about it ?

there is a secure shell called ssh, but you have to install it from one of the hp porting sites:

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/openssh-3.4p1/

If you do waht openssh (SSH), then you need to install things in this order (dependencies):

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Languages/openssl-0.9.6d/

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/tcp_wrappers-7.6/

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Misc/zlib-1.1.4/

then the openssh:
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/openssh-3.4p1/
