Sendmail 11.1 not sending but is recieving.

I just upgrading sendmail from 8.8.6 to 8.11.1 special release. All is good and we are receiving mail but cannot send. Outlook returns a message of:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached: Provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Trying going to
/usr/newconfig/etc/mail/cf/cf#
and executing gen_cf*
this will make you a new sendmail file with the options that you want. Back up the sendmail.cf file you got more and move the new one over. restart sendmail and then try again.

I tried using that script to generate my new .cf file but it went all the way through and at the end it stated it could not open the /usr/ccs/bin/m4 file, therefore the config. file never completed successfully. After spending some time checking permissions and such on that m4 file, I decided to use the generic 11.1 config file.

Any thoughts...

I dont know much about 8.11.1 but is there a reason you went to 8.11.1 and not to 8.9.3?

It was the only release I could find on the this website? Maybe you could point me right direction for 8.9.3
