sendmail config + messages

Hello everyone,
I've got two unix servers with sendmail, one of them is solaris and the other one is hpux 11.00. Both seem to be the same config, relaying mail through a mailhost (exchange), but only my hpux is been masked by the exchange domain, and I want the whole one, I want to see the name of my server in the email address (solaris works that way). And, as a second point, there too many messages on the console regarding sendmail, and I know that there is a field to (un)comment, but I can't recall, I have read everywhere without success.
