sendmail error

Hello
I'm running a K370 with HP-UX v10.20

the following message pops up on the console regularly :

"Jun 7 08:20:21 localhost sendmail[5721]: IAB05721 : SYSERR(root): savemail : cannot save rejected email anywhere
...... Losing qfIAB05271: savemail panic"

any ideas what is causing this?

You need to upgrade your sendmail version to 8.9.3. This was fixed in patch PHNE_17135, which brought sendmail to 8.8.6, which has since been superceded by PHNE_18979, sendmail 8.9.3.
PHNE_17135.txt >> "2. when sendmail cannot save the rejected mail anywhere, it displays error on to the console."

There is no reboot, but you have to copy the sendmail.cf from /usr/newconfig/etc/mail to /etc/mail, then stop and start sendmail. Please read the patch text for installation instructions and /usr/share/doc for the new features of 8.9.3.
