Sendmail on Port 5000

Hi all,

We are having Sendmail running on HP-UX 11.00 on the default port no. 25. But we wanted the same to run on port 5000 instead on 25, since we wanted to have one application which will run only on port 25.

Can anyone tell what are all the modifications need to be done to implement the same.

Hi,

Modify /etc/services so that instead of

smtp 25/tcp mail

Set it to

smtp 5000/tcp mail
