sendmail on trusted system

Need info getting sendmail to work on trusted system. HPUX 11.0 L3000. Sendmail running fine on our N4000 same OS but not trusted. Both boxes on same network, configured same.

Hi Joe,

There's really no difference between Trusted & Non-Trusted.
Just make sure you setup the sendmail.cw file to accept mail for the proper host/domain.
And setup the .cf file for proper FQDN (Dj) & smart relay (DS).

You could probably take a sendmail.cf file (if SAME sendmail ver) from an untrusted host, verify that the Dj & DS values are correct & fire sendmail up.
