serial connection to FC switch

Installing new equipment. Can get into rp7410 or va7400 via serial port but can not into Ultrium 1/20 library and FC switch 8B. Any advice?

Are the settings on terminal "8bit/1stop/non parity/xon-xof/9600 baud?
Which switch is this?

The switch normally comes with its own serial cable.
