Server is not reachable !!!!! what task i would do

Server is not reachable how?

It sounds as if the networking is not working. Try to ping it. If you can't ping it, you will have to log in to a console (serial, web, GSP/MP, whatever is applicable) and start troubleshooting from there.

check with ping command .otherwise try to access through console.
