Re: Server rebuit, now NO "LVM Mirror "
You should install MirrorDisk-UX software (it is not free and you must have codeword) then you should apply lvextend command to mirror LVs

Re: Server rebuit, now NO "LVM Mirror "
Phone: +1 (408) 4474367 (USA) or +1 (800) 5381733
They are not giving a codeword though we got Foundation Operating Environment, & Mission Critical Environment CD's.
Reason is that LVM Mirror was not purchased separately. I'll try to reinstall from the CD's that we have.
What CD should I use to install "LVM Mirror"? Is it the CORE OS? , Optional Core Enhancement?
Thanks,
f. halili

SolutionIf you have previously installed OS's MirrorDisk-UX order number, you can get your codewords from webware.hp.com
You can find the MirrorDisk-UX software in application software CDs.
For example I found in 11iv3 Sep2007 CD Application Software 1 of 2
HP-UX Application Software
CD Part Number - 24998-13040
1 of 2 CDs
CPL Product: B2491BA
Codeword Req.: No
Size: 3641
Description:
MirrorDisk/UX (Server)
But as I sayed it needs codeword.
Best Regards
Murat

Re: Server rebuit, now NO "LVM Mirror "
On the ITRC website I think there a link to request a code word. If you look at your CD's there is a barcode with a number. If you puch in that number it will supply you with a code word for that application CD.
