Service Guard A.11.16 Access control Modification

Hi,

I want to add Access control for all users to monitor the already existing cluster. My doubt, is it required to halt the cluster while applying the cluster config after modifying the access control policies (USER_NAME, USER_ROLE etc.)

I second what Melvyn said. It is NOT necessary to halt the cluster to add/remove or modify access control policy.
