Service Guard & Volume Group Sharable

I have tho Servers in Cluster.
OS is hpux11, with SG: ServiceGuard A.11.14
PHSS_26056 1.0 MC/ServiceGuard and SG-OPS Edition A.11.14
The VgDB is configured with option "vgchange S y" .
Can I execute "on-line" vgextend of VgDB
with a new pv ?

No you cannot. This has to be done offline and I quote: "No configuration changes are allowed on shared LVM volume groups while they are activated. The volume group must be deactivated first on all nodes, and marked as non-shareable."
