service guard/fc10 question
Hello - i am having an issue with a 2 machine service guard with 4 fc10 disk arrays in a shared config (with fc hubs). I recently had some work done on one fc10 (including power/backplane and disks) - the machines in the cluster restarted and now ioscan cannot see any of the 40 disks. I tried a reboot of the system and a restart of the hub but to no avail - i also tried restarting one shelf of disks but still no. Any suggestions? If i were to reboot everything - what order? Thanks

Re: service guard/fc10 question
Shalom,
It would appear that the problem is in the fc10. The work may have caused a failure.
Check the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log at the time the work was done.
Shutdown everything.
Bring up the fiber channel infrastructure
Bring up the disk racks.
Bring up the systems.
The documentation of the disk array should deal with this issue in more detail.
