If there is a better forum than this one, let me know.
I am aware of HP's training but unfortunately they don't have Service Guard training in Washington D.C., and I want a local class.
Is there any other vendor that can offer Service Guard training in D.C. area?

Though I've never done one, HP also has their RAIL classes which you can take online from wherever you're at. That might be something to look into.

Re: Service Guard training in Washington D.C.?
Hi:
Define "local". HP has a number of training centers around the country. You might need to adjust your concept of "local" and/or adjust the date(s) at which you would like to take the class.
Regards!

Re: Service Guard training in Washington D.C.?
The remote classes by HP allows each student to have their own cluster. They usually are two RX2600s with 4-6 shared disks so you can create a lock disk cluster and/or have enough disks for a oracle database and other packages.
The remote classes really are the same class as classroom classes but nobody has to travel. Consider trying one. I teach one and will be teaching a remote serviceguard class soon. I think we run one per month.
if you check www.hp.com/education there is one on 11/17
