Re: Service Requests
Log in, then go to the Mainteance and support,
(left side of your screen), you will see
an option to log a new software, or hardware call, here you can submit trouble calls, but you can also view past and present calls, they will have a status next to them.

Re: Service Requests
Do you mean view hardware calls? If so, go to Maintenance and Support / Collaborate -> Hardware Calls and put in your Call ID.
Regards!

Re: Service Requests
you could log a call with HP and asks for the current status .... the one you referred to is still open which i read as unresolved - hpux 11.00 and csh & memory usage issues right ?

Re: Service Requests
As others have already mentioned, we (general public) do not have access to the Service Requests(SR) or enhancement requests (ER). How ever if the issue is resolved that is mentioned in the patch text.
Our best bet is to do a search for a SR number and if it is resolved the search will return the patch descriptions. Though it will not give us the description of the request, it will definitely indicate that the SR has been resolved.
If not our only option is to call HP and find the status.

Re: Service Requests
Have a look at this URL:
http://us-support.external.hp.com/cki/bin/doc.pl/sid=7eac83e71c6b5489f6/screen=ckiSearchResults
What I did to get there:
Went to http://itrc.hp.com
Then in the "maintenance/support" blue box, clicked on "search technical knowledge base"
Then selected "Search by Doc. ID" instead of "Search by keyword"
I then put in the number you mention and got the above result.

SolutionTo get to the document, make sure you select "Search by Doc. ID" from the box to the left of the search field. Then put in your number and search. You will get the results for the doc id.
I would call HP on this since this document is almost 3 years old and there is not actual fix in here.
Here is the document for you:
