SolutionThese days it is just an add-on product called SGeRAC (Serviceguard Extension for RAC).
As 11.13 of Serviceguard is no longer supported, you would be better off updating to a newer version of SG, and then adding the SGeRAC product on to it, unless you are on HP-UX 11.00, in which case you should will need to get SG OPS Edition 11.14
See http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=T1859BA
and also
http://docs.hp.com/en/6257/SGeRAC-SLVM-CVM_Support-Mar02-2005-Final.pdf
If you do have HP-ux 11i (11.11 or 11.23) then you can go to SG 11.16 and add on SGeRAC 11.16
I believe the product numbers are:
T1859BA for 11.11
T1907BA for 11.23
